The property looks dirty and smells bad the beds look dirty like never change the sheets

I will never stay there. The rooms were smelly owner was rude.

Unfortunately, my recent stay at this hotel in Iowa was very disappointing. Upon arrival, there was a noticeable shortage of staff or sense of urgency; wait times at the front desk consistently ranged from 5 to 10 minutes. The condition of the room was unacceptable. There was a strong, unpleasant odor, almost as if animals had urinated inside. While the beds were made, the sheets were stained, ripped, and clearly worn out. Several light fixtures didn’t work properly, and the cable television consistently cut out around midnight. The bathroom was also very dirty, with visible grime and mold in some areas, and the ceiling showed clear signs of water damage with sagging pockets likely caused by leaks. Housekeeping was nonexistent during our stay. No one came to clean the room or take out the trash. We had to repeatedly request fresh towels and ended up taking our own trash outside. Each time we needed assistance, we had to chase down staff just to get basic support. Overall, the experience was far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here until major improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.

Words cannot describe how much I wish I spent the $30 extra to stay at a slightly nicer place and not this horror house. I was moving across country by myself with my dog, and we booked this place just to have a place to crash for the night during the drive. I arrived to a run down, empty parking lot a little before check in time at around 2:30pm or so, and went I went inside there was absolutely no one to be found. I dialed the number for assistance, and eventually got someone was told very rudely on the phone that it was not check in time yet, and I had to wait. So I did. Upon check in, the staff was very rude about me having my dog and the room itself was actually from the year 1930. There were stains on the comforters, the TV didn’t work, and I had ONE medium sized towel. Also, God forbid you leave your key in the room. When I did this and went to get a new one, I was told “why do people always do this, it’s actually so annoying” 0/10 would not recommend staying here to my worst enemy.

I realize weekend rates are higher but what I paid for this one night stay the property should have been nicer. The comforter had holes in it. While I could tell the towels had been washed I was given two and one had a stain. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were old and lumpy. I checked out on a Sunday at a little after nine and breakfast was already put away. The shower looked dirty and needed repairs. It did not drain properly. The front desk worker was really nice and he did a great job upon check in.

The man checking me in was very nice. The motel was very dated. The towels were very poor quality. No cups or tissues in the room. The worse thing was the blanket on the bed, it was greasy feeling and had holes in it. I only touched it by the edge when I wrapped the bed spread around it. The sheets were clean. I didn’t have an option of leaving because there were no other hotel rooms available in the area and it was after 6 when I checked in and I was in town for a conference. What a disappointment.

The hotel manager of this establishment is a complete joke. While trying to get explanations to any question he rudely interrupts you and asks if you're done as if he didnt listen to anything you were saying. I will NEVER think about comong here again. I didnt even keep my room and requested a refund due to his selfish behavior. Im disgusted to think that this is what Wyndham see as "acceptable" behavior.
