Shrigley Hall Hotel

Just back from a 2 night spa trip away and we will definitely be back. The highlights for us were our feature room-highly recommended the bath in the room was a lovely addition. The spa was lovely especially the outside infinity pool with beautiful views, treatments included in our package were great. Food is of a high standard and dinner both nights was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Extremely relaxing atmosphere. Enjoyed the outdoor spa pool with its view of the beautiful countryside followed by a massage and a wonderful evening meal. Finally off to the bar for a nightcap before bed. The English breakfast was a great start to the next day and we would be happy to return 😊

We had our wedding at the beautiful Shrigley Hall at the end of May. Our wedding coordinator was Paige who was so patient and helpful, always quick to answer any questions we had, and went out of her way to make sure our ideas and needs were met, and ensured the day was just how we wanted it, everything was perfect. Claire looked after us on the day…..she was a machine! She never stopped the whole day, what a woman, and all the waiting & bar staff were fantastic too. The food was sooooo good, everyone said how much they enjoyed it. We had the most amazing day and memories to last a lifetime…..a huge thank you to everyone involved Amanda & Stu x

Its a beautiful location. The spa is ok, the hot outdoor pool is really nice, but having to pay extra as a hotel guest is ridiculous, I've never known that in any other hotel I've stayed in and I've stayed in many.

The hotel is in desperate need of upgrading if they continue to charge what they do. The corridors are dingy, the rooms have been tackily decorated to look as if they have been modernised. The windows dont open enough. There are very steep stairs up to the first floor, so anyone with mobility issues would struggle. The breakfast buffet was cold, items not replenished. The coffee machine did not work the second day and the coffee provided in the urn was like dish water. The rooms shown on the site must be the very best and nothing like the majority available. It was far to expensive for what we got.

Amazing spa experience, had two treatments and both were great and really friendly staff, will definitely be going again
