Lovely building and ambience on entry. Staff very polite

Room was very cold whereby sat with coats on. Staff did turn heating on an hour early but still sat in room for 3 hours cold

The building is beautiful. Nice surroundings.

Our room was quite a bit of trek and unfortunately over looked some sort of loud humming structure. The room was basic but the price probably reflects that.

Lovely location, beautiful lobby and building. Staff were super helpful and friendly from the very start.

Parking was difficult to find. If you arrive after 4:00 p.m., you may struggle to find a space on the premises. Although we booked a budget room and did not expect luxury, the room was extremely small and dated. Upon arrival, the heating was on, and we were unable to turn it off. As a result, the room felt like a sauna. The windows could not be opened fully, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. When we spoke to the staff, they were friendly and helpful. They offered us a fan, but unfortunately they could not move us to another room because the hotel was fully booked. They also offered complimentary drinks or breakfast as compensation, which was appreciated. Cleanliness was another issue. We found hair on both the pillows and in the bathtub, and there were spiders on the bathroom wall. Overall, while the staff handled our concerns professionally, the room itself fell short of expectations.
