Hosted my wedding here. Had the after party in the Falcon Bar and Jaeden and the team hooked us up all night!! Had the absolute best time.

Jaeden worked our after party for our wedding. He was fantastic and delivered a great experience for all of our guests.

The hotel is not handicap accessible. The marble steps although historic and pretty were slick with the snowy mush. Space heaters in rooms were concerning as a possible fire issue. Elevators were out of order last day and fireplace was not on first night which may have helped with the main floor being frigid. Also, be careful of extra fees on each purchase like the historic renovation fee/tax!

Our stay at the Equinox was great. We stayed for several days for a family ski vacation to Stratton. Chris A., the Stratton Shuttle driver, was amazing! Chris was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and mountain and went above and beyond to make our ski experience first class! Thank you so much Chris!

They sold the room that I had reserved 2.5 months in advance to higher occupancy families in order to make more money while sticking us in one half the size without a refund

The property is beautiful but getting long in the tooth. The rooms were a bit shabby with older furniture and the window hangings in our room were broken. We were also located near an external door which made our stay a very noisy one. At a minimum there might be signage to remind people as they are banging out to the ski slopes that their fellow occupants might be sleeping. It was a holiday weekend and the hotel was very full so I'll give them a small break for certain things being hard to control. Overall our experience was fine as we were attending an event on property but there is room for improvement.

Certainly not luxury ! Disinterested and unhelpful service except for the bell boy who was brilliant Rooms all wring when we got there only one as opposed to two beds in our first room Furnishings outdated , no coffee maker , fridge as apparently listed Rooms too far away from the lobby and restaurant for my disabled husband Carpets worn and not clean. I wanted to have a bath but it took me five minutes to try and divert the water in to the bath because of the scale on the taps and fittings . Soap shampoo etc too high up on the wall and only accessible standing up in the shower. The mirror and sink were outside of the bathroom ! Way too small for a double room and the vanity was not big enough to lay my toiletries and makeup out Awful lighting too I was lucky to have drawers in my room but was the only one of our party who had some and they were poor quality so had difficulty closing them They kept jamming You couldn’t hang a full length dress in the wardrobe. The beds need mattresses replacing as they go down at the sides . The free coffee in the lobby area was never ready when I went down to get some Had to keep running to reception to ask for replenishment Oyr room was cold and had to get a very grumpy engineer to fix it No apology It was as if they didn’t really care Loud noises of vacuuming etc from 6 am I pity anyone near the stairwell because all you could hear weee the thumping noises of ski boots up and down Only one elevator to where we were so a long wait each morning to get downstairs Very disappointing overall for the prices charged Thehotelneeds a complete overhaul and appears to lack any leadership I am not surprised by some of the poor reviews

We were at the Equinox for a wedding. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is stunning and the rooms clean. A special shout-out to Paci, who greeted us at the door and continued to have a warm smile and easy going manner as all of the guests arrived with mountains of luggage and some who were a bit irritable after long travel. He handled it all with grace and a big smile.

We were so lucky there was a spot at the bar last minute Valentine's day. Thank you Ellora and Jaden for helping us !!!
