Boxed air conditioner that did not cool the room down no tv connection and the handle on toilet did not work all the time was not attached to toilet called with complaints and they said they would send someone to check it out but did not show up asked for compensation at checkout was told we booked on booking.com and they couldn’t refund anything I hope you can somehow give us part of a refund thank you also no hot water for showers on Friday and Saturday Sunday am we did have hot water

Location in town is great

For what I paid per night I expected more. It appears to me they are just taking money and not investing into maintenance. The place is tired and needs to be renovated. Having one waitress at breakfast is ridiculous for again how much you pay to stay there. The pub should have a better TV system. My wife shouldn't have to download an app and screenshare to get a Red Sox/Yankee game in New England. Manchester is a great spot and I'm sure when the leaves change it is spectacular, I'm also sure that Equinox jacks up the rates in those weeks. Not worth it.

The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The air conditioning didn’t work and the staff offered Little to no support for the price that we paid to stay here they should have been on par with the customer service you’d receive at a 4 to 5 star resort and it was not there

We spent a wonderful weekend at the Equinox celebrating our daughter’s 21st birthday, and the experience was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The bartender was absolutely fantastic and went out of his way to craft a custom signature drink just for our daughter, which made her celebration feel extra special and personal. We also thoroughly enjoyed the spa, which was relaxing and luxurious and the perfect way to unwind during our stay. A very special thank you goes to Leona, the spa manager, who truly went above and beyond. After a massage, a priceless necklace was accidentally left behind in a spa robe, and we did not realize it until after we had already left. Leona took it upon herself to locate it and ensure it was safely returned to us. Her kindness, dedication, and attention to detail meant the world to us. This weekend was made memorable not only by the beautiful property and amenities, but by the incredible people who work there. We could not have asked for a better place to celebrate such a meaningful milestone, and we look forward to returning.

Not as elegant as it appears. No hot showers, food mediocre, hard time getting them to answer phone, charge for refrigerator that doesn't work however they did take care of that after a few times of complaints. Didn't light fireplace until a few days of inquiring. It's winter! Icy outside and had to ask them to salt walkway. Expectations not met. Can't get a suite if handicapped.

My wife and I had a pleasant stay. We had a spacious room with a very nice bathroom. We enjoyed using the pool and spa facilities and had some meals at the Marsh Tavern. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. The physical condition of the hotel is poor however and the property urgently needs maintenance, repair and updating in many areas. Drafty windows and doors, scuffed flooring, worn out carpeting and banged up doorways are just a few examples of this. Until these deficiencies are addressed travelers would probably find better accommodations elsewhere.

This place is terrible. Do not waste your money. Locked rooms a mess and dirty…no towels. Showers….disgusting. Waiting area was extremely uncomfortable and impersonal. I can’t believe this place is allowed to get away with this. Do yourself a favor, find another spa.

We stayed in one of the Townhomes during the week between Christmas and New Years. I know the hotel was full and the staff was being pushed to its limits. However, in the hospitality business client facing staff must hold their tongue and be more empathetic to the hotel guests. The front desk staff was particularly problematic and not knowledgeable about the hotel activities and treated the restaurants and bars as if it was a different company. It is very low customer service to tell a hotel guest to be told face to face pull out their phone and use OpenTable to make a restaurant reservation. Definitely not a four star hotel attribute. I am guessing the food and beverage staff may be under a completely different management company altogether. The food and beverage staff of the restaurants and bars were exceptional. The restaurant manager should be the one managing the entire hotel. The restaurant staff was accommodating and served our food in an efficient high quality manner. Speaking of reservations for the restaurant, the hotel should scrap the use of OpenTable especially given the poor quality of wifi at the hotel. OpenTable was inaccurately stating that there was no restaurant availability. I had to physically walk to the restaurant and talk to the restaurant staff to make a reservation. With a table of eight I was given several options. The condition of the hotel was tired and in need of major refreshing. I know that the hotel was sold to a private equity firm recently. Hopefully, they are planning a major restoration and possibly a different hotel management company. Until the hotel is refurbished and the staff is better trained in the field of hospitality, I won't be coming back.
