Idyllic and charming property, excellent staffing..a perfect holiday!

Gorgeous property with helpful staff and a delicious breakfast. Top level service. Would have eaten dinner at the Lady Helen, but cannot do prix fixe due to dietary restrictions. Wish the downstairs bar had been open, but the Majors bar was pretty slow, so it made sense not to open both. Wish we had stayed longer than one night. We hope to return.

Very disappointed with this hotel when I I asked if they could extend an expired voucher to allow us to use. The voucher was received, just before the Covid pandemic and we were unable to utilise initially because of that. We moved house and the voucher was lost during the move. I called the hotel (post covid and house move when the voucher was valid) and was advised that there was no record of a voucher sale that would enable the hotel to validate for us to use, which is understandable. Whilst sorting through some files recently, I found the voucher and emailed the hotel asking if it could be extended (expired Dec 2024) and was told it was not possible. It's most disappointing as the voucher was for a "stay and play" break and we would have spent money on food and drinks etc. during our stay. I would have hoped that a five star establishment who takes pride in their customer service would have found a way to extend our voucher for a few months to allow us to use. We had lost another voucher during the move, It was found along with this voucher, that hotel (Westbury, Dublin) kindly extended it for a few months to use which was very much appreciated and only adds to my total disappointment of Mount Juliettes response.

We've spent a marvellous 2 nights at the resort while on our Kerry Ring tour. Standing points of the property, excellent service, welcoming team, outstanding facilities, delicious dining on top of spacious and comfortable rooms. It was my second visit and looking forward for future visits.

We were very excited to stay with our three children but it was very disappointing!! We left a day early but still paid full price for our stay. The hotel is filthy so unclean. 5 stars this is crazy!!! The service is of a very low standard. The spa and pool are badly in need of a refurbishment. The whole hotel needs a refurbishment. The food is good and the grounds are lovely but be warned this is not a five star hotel (just charges like one). The Premier Inn would have been cleaner.

This was such an amazing and beautiful property. Would love to go back and stay longer.

Absolutely loved this hotel and so did my family. Will come back to Ireland to stay here again.
