Had an overall very nice stay here. Unfortunately, we were put in a room opposite reception in Hunter's Yard. A wedding was on in the courtyard which was incredibly noisy. We let it go at the time as we were thinking the noise would stop. It did not as wedding guests kept walking up and down the hallway talking loudly and a child was screaming right outside our door. We could also hear the loud music from the function room beside The Hound. That was only one night to be fair. We did mention this at check out and the staff took our comments on board. Dinner in the Lady Helen was nothing short of excellent. The staff were fantastic and the food out of this world. Food in The Hound wasn't good but breakfast was. Apart from location, room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfy! Staff overall were lovely, kind and could not do enough for you. Would we stay again? Absolutely! In fact, we booked again for November. Would not stay during peak wedding season. Hopefully we get a room far away from reception this time!

We went to The Clubhouse for lunch. 2 couples in our 50’s. Steak Sandwich was not edible, fatty, stringy, could not be chewed. Butter chicken curry tasted like it was from a jar. Club Sandwich was tasteless. Chips had been plunged in oil numerous times. On a plus note…staff were excellent. Grounds were beautiful but we would not return for food.

Didn't like the food selection and taste

I'm giving this five stars I was upgraded and treated extremely well. I would like to add. I was a platinum member of the Marriott reward scheme. Maybe I was higher. I forgotten breakfast was excellent the staff for extremely friendly well dressed well presented and great personalities. Hotel was extremely clean. I didn't stay in the main house but some sort of an annex building. I'm not exactly sure what it was to be honest corridors are long and be careful with room service. I think Mount Juliet need to upgrade their trolley system where the food is kept hot. I hope they take this on board as my food arrived. It wasn't very hot probably tip it, but I was extremely hungry after flying in to Dublin from New York. My own private car had a problem and the staff there were extremely helpful in getting it started I was very grateful and I would like to return.

A beautiful getaway in every single way! The property is stunning, rooms are luxurious, the place all together is just stunning. Super friendly and attentive staff. I very much enjoyed it! Recommend 1-2 nights getaway!

Played 18 holes here today on a well manicured golf course. Greens in great condition. The holes featuring water are very good and challenging. Welcoming clubhouse

Just returned from 2 nights in Mt Juliet with my husband. Such a beautiful hotel! We stayed in a garden view king room in Hunter's Yard which was beautiful and spacious, bath and shower in ensuite. The breakfast in the Hound was very good. We also had dinner here and the food was amazing. The Saddle bar was lovely for a pre dinner drink and the bar staff were knowledgeable and friendly, big shout out to Keith especially who was brilliant! We took the bikes out for a spin round the grounds, these don't have to be pre booked. The health suite was nice with a pool and jacuzzi, although not many loungers, most of these were already occupied. There is a boutique cinema in the manor house which we went to, a very nice experience. During our stay there were weddings in the hotel, which I was worried would impact guests not in attendance but this was not the case at all. All staff in this hotel are so helpful and friendly, attention to detail was amazing and I felt they made our stay so special. Can't wait to come back and visit again!

A bit behind on writing this review (my bad) but this place deserves a mention. Four nights here; if we knew how much we would enjoy this property, we would have booked a longer stay. Grounds, rooms, food: all five stars. Staff: off the charts wonderful. Thank you for an incredible experience!

Great hotel to end our trip to Ireland. We were looking for somewhere luxury where the kids would also have a good time. They LOVED the playground, particularly the zipline, and enjoyed walking around and making stories up in the Fairy garden. Rooms were luxurious and very clean. Service was good. Food was fine--good buffet (Irish breakfast + continental options), really appreciated that we could also get pancakes and french toast because the kids were tired of just Irish breakfast options. Dinner options at the hotel are quite limited--only the Hound, which is fine, but limited menu so not great for multiple nights. My husband loved his meal at the Lady Helen restaurant. Not a ton of activities available on the property for the under 5y kids other than the playground. The pool was fine, not super warm, definitely geared towards adults though did have a 1.5 foot deep area for kids (though too deep for a baby unless being held).
