Loved our stay at the H10

If you do stay then complain about everything you see unfit as they will use it against you if you don’t. Your expected to be quality control not a guest. We had bedbugs and they refused any liability and blamed us. A lot of damp in the building and house keeping likes to work to a bare minimum. A very good front to a classy looking hotel and management work to protect themselves not for the customer.

We had a 6-night stay in this hotel last month and we loved it. The staff are excellent, extremely polite and friendly and were always willing to help. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the amphitheater, the cathedral and all of the shops, bars and restaurants. Our room had a sea view and overlooked the amphitheater, it was a great view. Breakfast was superb, plenty of choice and always fresh. The ground floor pool area was always spotlessly clean and the pool attendant was very helpful and polite (towels are supplied free of charge). There was never a problem getting a lounger and an umbrella. We never used the roof-top pool area during the day (there are only about 15 loungers, but plenty more at the ground floor pool). However, the roof-top area at night is excellent for a drink, looking out to sea with a view of the sun setting over the mountains. We thought the food at night at the roof-top area was "just OK" but this is the only slight criticism of an excellent hotel.

A perfect stay in a lovely hotel. All of the staff were friendly and helpful but especially Nuria and Nemea, always charming and ready with a smile. Thank you.

This hotel is definitely to be recommended . From the moment you arrive at the reception area to check in the staff do their utmost to ensure that your stay is thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing . All of the staff are extremely courteous, professional and helpful, in particular Marc on the reception desk, Martina in the breakfast room and the Caelum rooftop bar area and the waiter in the Circus Bar restaurant who does his utmost to ensure that every dining experience in a memorable one. Excellent quality food throughout the hotel . The panoramic view from the sixth floor rooftop is most impressive. Highly recommend staying here. Carole & Tom

What a beautiful hotel! We live in southern california and went to Barcelona and then to Tarrgona for a few days! This hotel is unbelievable! I compare this hotel to the 5 star hotels from the US. The view from the hotel and location of hotel are unsurpassed. Best breakfast buffet and the customer service was second to none. We would definitely stay her again. Very pleased from start to finish!
