Tanoa Tusitala Hotel

The pool area was lovely. The rooms were very spacious and kept mostly clean but had a few towels that had marks on them. The Samoan dinner / show was a good night.

On day of check in tried charging us extra to get in the room, most places I’ve been to always just let you in for free! Also didn’t let us use the wifi until we got into the room which I think was just ridiculous. Dinner at the hotel was very disappointing. Some of the staff really made you feel unwelcome which was a shame because they took away from the staff that were pleasant, they were just unhelpful and sometimes rude. We had two different school trips during our stay which meant lots of running and banging in the hallway at all hours, the kids would come in and over run the pool area and lots of them spat on the floor which we found vile. Aircon in the room was very temperamental one night we were sweating another night freezing. The hotel is in town but right on the edge so it was a good half hour walk to the main part.

Absolutely love Tanoa Tusitala Hotel ❤️ my last trip was my 7th trip to Samoa and I always stay at Tusitala. the service from the staff is top notch always available when I need help. Ronil always gives premium service, even at 2am in the morning when my aircon decided to play silly games. The rooms are very clean, location is prime to get into the city. They also have security that does night checks around the perimeter to ensure no one enters the ground. If you are looking for a relaxful stay in a beautiful hotel, reach out to Ronil 🙂

That there wasnt somewhere to heat up food, a microwave wouldve have been nice, nonetheless great overall

My parents love their room, very spacious and clean. It was easy for them to get around since it was on the ground floor.

An adjacent pathway that drunken locals use after a night on the town and congregate to share their stories of the evening.. especially in the early hours of morning

Location was good Staff were friendly

Some areas need refurbishing Tennis courts need renovation Roof tiles coming off Cocktails and wine selection were average compared to talamasina hotel
