"Comfortable Stay - everything you need"

Ideal for the concert we were attending, obviously this has been a grand hotel in its time and could do with some TLC and money being lavished on it but our room was bright, modern and the bed linen/towels were clean & the bed very comfortable. Great nights sleep. Friendly, welcoming staff.

"Needs updating "

Friendly staff. Room was looking tired bath was dirty. Room needed an upgrade was plain and not the best western we have stayed in. Food was ok.

Horrible state of room. Mattresses were in state that they should have been discarded long back. Tilted to one side. Looked dirty. Carpet was terrible, floor surface had visible bumps under the caprpet.No soap in soap dispenser at hand sink. All in all bad experience. Never again.
