Pre-payable rates cannot be cancelled, transferred or refunded in any event, including on race nights. Please note that all Special Requests, including bed preference are subject to availability. Children aged up to 13 years sharing parents room are accommodated for free. There are no restrictions on times, for children to use the pool. When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Please note, a valid credit card will be required to be shown upon check-in even on pre-paid rates. Please note that there is limited, on-site parking and guests need to enter their full vehicle registration into the terminal at reception and pay £20.00 per 24hrs. Failure to comply with the Parking Eye terms and conditions will result in a fee of GBP 100.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
