Best Western Kilima Hotel

The location was great. Able to get into the city easily. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Great facilities.

Staff were very friendly. We did not have a chance to use the swimming pool, but it looked very nice. Plenty of room to park. There was an iron, an ironing board, a heater, a good hairdryer, an electric fan and a kettle. Various coffee, tea and milk portions were available to make warm drinks in the room.

We found the beds and pillows were rather too firm for our taste. No lift. Breakfast (extra) was a choice of ‘cooked English‘ or cereal. No continental option. The bathroom would benefit from some maintenance and updating.

Comoda la posizione. Bella la piscina. Gentili che ci hanno fatto lasciare la macchina nel parcheggio fino al pomeriggio , del giorno di partenza.

La struttura è un po vecchiotta, molto stile inglese, si notava che stavano facendo dei lavori di ammodernamento, ma all'esterno era tutto un disastro da vedere...un po più d'ordine non sarebbe guastato.

Staff was lovely, our room was clean and comfortable and we had the use of the swimming pool which we enjoyed

So convenient for local facilities and for central York.

Friendly staff very helpful . Gorgeous full English breakfast

Rooms a bit dated but serve the purpose had a large extra room with two chairs and a tv be nice to have a sofa in there , empty wasted space

Good location and it was clean , we slept well.
