Easy location. Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The rooms could do with an update. The car park could have better signage to find it.

El personal muy simpático y atento a colaborar, en especial la recepcionista del día lunes fue muy cordial y la señora del desayuno. El desayuno es muy abundante y las instalaciones muy buenas para ser un edificio antiguo. Pude disfrutar la piscina y fue muy agradable. Todo muy limpio.

Lo único difícil es si llevas equipaje pesado, es que no hay ascensor y son puras escaleras.

"A night from hell and couldn't wait to check out"

The staff are exceptional. Lady at breakfast with blond hair. Soooo lovely. Receptionist wonderful.

Everything. The small bedroom then receptionist upgraded when she left I went to bathroom and smelt an awful stench of mould behind the toilet. Black mould. Disgusting. Then going out to landing to get tea and coffee. No nibbles in the bedroom. Then to read on TripAdvisor that there were 5 complaints of bed bugs. I had a very unsettled night. The breakfast at 15 pounds is steep. Two eggs. Nicely cooked but Ali side the cheapest bread. Tough.

"An incredible stay – cosy and comfortable throughout."

A truly atmospheric place with an excellent location — everything I needed was just a short walk away. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the pool was a lovely bonus that made my stay even more enjoyable.
