Staff always friendly. Great service in the restaurant from the waiter.

The hotel was about to close for a refurbishment. Looking forward to staying when its all done.

I liked the location, the gardens were nice and the breakfast was good. The room was warm and comfortable.

The shower did not work well, took ages to heat up and kept cutting out. The TV in the room did not work on live TV The hotel decor was tired and needed updating

Location

Generally run down. The breakfast was about the worst we’ve ever had at a hotel! Very little choice, instant coffee!

Really good size room, had all we needed, warm and cosy! Good breakfast too. Easy parking, arrived late and wasn't a problem. Very accomodating.

Lovely location, very clean, and a nice breakfast. Amazing value for the price. It’s a bit dated in places, but honestly it’s comfortable, its value for the price, I would definitely recommend it.
