I loved the balcony to our room and the amount of space we had

Very nice staff. Easy check in as well as a room upgrade.

For the location and price paid it was ok, staff was awesome at all hours of the day. The condition of the property isnt what you would expect for that particular part of town. For the price and if you're only staying a day or two, it's fine.

Room was spacious loved having an outdoor patio. Grounds were nice. That was about all the positives. Room was old. Not enough towels no blankets. Floor was dirty and stained. Couch was ripped and looked dirty. Bathroom was run down shower hard to turn off without it leaking. Air filter looked like it had never been changed. Every time I went to the front desk no one was around had to call the hotel from the lobby to get help.

Our room was a converted storage room (the receptionist told us that!) there was no window. No natural light. Pathetic.

Walls were thin was woken up to another couples noises...

The bed by the window was broken down the center of the beds. Unless you sat on the bed you would not know it

Although the room was very spacious, it was very dirty and outdated. Couches were ripped up, the vanity in the bathroom was all chipped. None of the sink handles were clean, and the entire building had a horrible smell. Dogs inside the hotel barked all night.

I like the location. it was very convenient and your shopping and restaurants

Loved it it was super clean and neat and comfy.
