Real happy with the service

This stay was terrible. The only bright spot was the employees trying to make the best of a bad situation. There was undisclosed construction which made the air quality worse with chemicals and solvents.

We stay here several times a year and are usually satisfied. This trip in late September was not the best. We arrived to find it crowded (found out four conventions/sports events/reunions going on. Good for them. However, I felt they were totally unprepared and understaffed this time. One and sometimes two, check-in people with the lobby crowded everywhere. I was not happy with those two and their attitude either. One elevator was not working and that was bad too. The room itself was our usual, except running the faucet for minutes and no hot water was awful. Didn't even try to shower. So, we still will go there, but next time they have so many people coming in, they should better prepare to handle the crowds.

Toilet seat had a large crack in it, looked dirty and to have been like that for a long while. Trashcans down the middle of the hallways with water and garbage in it. No bulb in bedside table light or the main overhead light. Hair was in the shower like it hadnt been cleaned. Bed was fairly comfortable, but everything else felt dated, dirty, and like the staff didnt really care. Only one of our key cards worked as well.

There was no water, when we asked the front desk clerk he said we are completely out of water and said at midnight to go to speedway to buy water and other stuff we needed. When I was trying to buy stuff from the front end shop he’s like why are you buying here don’t waste your money and go outside and buy.

It was just ok. The room was dated and reeked of cigarettes. The staff was ok breakfast was pretty decent. Definitely could use some of those vending machines with a credit card reader because my $1.50 water took 2 dollars and gave no change.

This place is very outdated. Only one elevator working and it’s very shaky. Waited a long time every time for it. Elevator smelled. They need serious renovations. Not sure why they gave me a handicapped room. They should have gave that to someone who really needed it. The bed made noise with every movement. Bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned and old. No bags were in the garbage cans. They need to replace the shower curtain. Breakfast wasn’t great. I will never come back here.

Great staff. Great surroundings stores and restaurants.
