Trash piled up inside near exit. Food was gone for breakfast early

The "full" breakfast was a joke with numerous missing items and no staff in attendance. Plenty of people behind the front desk, staring at their smartphones, not paying any attention. We ended up checking out and going to McDonalds. Toilet seat was loose and about to come off. Shower control was plumbed backwards. Mattress was uncomfortable. I could go on... If I return to the area, I will pay up and stay at one of the Bed and Breakfast nearby.

Breakfast was a joke. No waffle mix. They had waffle maker but no waffle mix. They ran out of milk and when asked for more milk they said there wasn't any. After a while one of the staff brought in another gallon of milk. No bread only small selection of sweet rolls. Bagels were available once in a while. I stayed 1 week so this was very upsetting. Direct TV tiled constantly and reception was often disrupted. No housekeeping except once a week. When I asked for something the staff acted as it if it was the most difficult request ever. Unfortunately there really isn't any other alternatives in this area. No blow dryers in the rooms. I was told they are constantly stolen so they don't provide them. They did find me one.

Dirty room with stained walls. Tv didn’t work well. First, no remote in the room. Then we had to call and still the TV didn’t work toilets barely flushed. Shower was dirty. Breakfast area had no food. No pancakes no milk no napkins no knives no waffles , scrambled eggs mixed with water. I asked to speak to the manager twice was told the manager would come in the morning and they weren’t there. Terrible night.

The room was not clean...food wrappers behind and under the one chair, hairs on the floor in the bathroom. The air handling split did not turn on...seemed to have a short at the wall plug. Thin walls between rooms made loud noises obvious in both adjacent rooms, until past 11PM. Breakfast offered at 6:L30 was not properly set up...no cereal or bowls for oatmeal, no toast, no regular sugar, no napkins. Not very clean under the cabinets. When checking out, printer for receipts did not work.

My room door deadbolt did not lock. Place is not as well run as in 2022. Dirty and neglected. They take advantage of being only hotel chain in Kilmarnock.

This place is a neglected dump. The staff is friendly enough, but they seem extremely understaffed, so there were no towels, sheets, etc. Their breakfast is a joke. They didn't even have dry cereal. Plus, all the equipment is broken. The room was also dirty, with lots of dead bugs and debris. The whole place smells bad as well. Don't swim in the pool, just don't.

The staff was pleasant and nice but some of the guest were rude and made st a y little fifficult.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had eggs and sausage. Refrigerator was broken so no yougart. Waffle maker was not operational and unclean from the last time it was used.
