Best Western Kilmarnock Hotel

The room was soaking wet when we got there The door would not lock The room key stopped working and we waited an hour for a new one as the lady who gave it to us said we wasted our money staying here and that she hates having to even be here We asked for a refund and they refused The manager came in and cussed us out and we promptly checked out We now have no where to stay and get ready for a wedding that’s in 2 hours Thanks Best Western You guys suck

Our apartment building had a sewer backup and they rented some rooms there for me and another tenant. I had a Nike jacket I just got it was just a thin windbreaker but anyways I left it on the back of the chair there and apparently the room cleaner stole it because they never found it and she didn't turn it in. It's the hotel was okay they even have a breakfast although there was no syrup after I made a giant waffle in the sausage and eggs was in the same warmer which I've never seen that before. Over all the room was pretty clean. The bed was pretty firm so if you like a soft bed you won't get that. Just want to warn anyone if you leave stuff in your room be careful mine disappeared.

The room was clean upon arrival. The only problem we had was that we did not get any cleaning service, which wasn’t the end of the world, but when we asked for clean towels there were none. We had to go buy towels at the local walmart. Staff tries hard but they could use more customer service training.

There was a party until 3AM 2 rooms down from mine, I got practically no sleep.

Could not T.V. with its numerous channels. There were 2 remotes. One was falling apart. I could turn the TV on. Then what? No instruction how to get to cable channels with a falling apart second remote.

Very clean, conveniently located.

The manager and most of her staff is amazing and friendly. Theres a late night young man that works whom barely says a word when checking in. The rooms could use some maintenance and some detail cleaning. I like how well maintained the outside is. Love the greeting from the beautiful ladies each morning. Thank you for taking care of us thus far.

This place is the WORST!! Do NOT stay here!! RUN the other way!! Hotel is dirty, staff is rude, mold in fridge, breakfast is NOT edible, staff is vulgar - used many profanities toward my employees. AWFUL!! I REPEAT - DO NOT STAY HERE - YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
