Radisson Royal Hotel, St. Petersburg

This hotel is 1 block outside the historic heart, making it convenient to visit all the landmark sites. The concierge was helpful, the breakfast buffet sumptuous. All in all, a good choice

Overall we were very happy with the hotel and would return to the same hotel. Concierge and front desk very conversant in English(especially the bartender). The bartender and waitstaff were super. Wonderful buffet breakfast. Restaurant meals very good. Room and bathroom kept very clean, but every day some small thing was overlooked, washclothes or handtowels not replaced or clean glasses not provided. These issues were resolved quickly by a call to the main desk. Overall a great central place to stay in Saint Petersberg.

Most of the staff was nice except for that concierge. She always seemed too busy to give us her full attention. The room was clean and quiet and the location is great

The rooms were spacious, although the design was less-than-perfect as the only place to store clothing was in a wardrobe. There were no dressers in either room. The bathrooms were modern. The breakfasts were adequate but nothing in comparison with the Grand Europe, for example. My main complaints about the hotel were the dated and small lobby and the uneven quality of the concierges. I made two minor requests over the course of three days. The concierge on duty dealt with the first one quickly, but the concierge on duty the second day failed to take care of the request (change a dinner reservation) and failed to call me back. All in all, I thought the hotel was not a good value and I would not stay there again.

good experience, convinience, comfort, good breakfast, polite staff. Hotel looks like an older place with a remodeled/upgraded interior, as a result you benefit from getting a bigger room with very high ceilings. Metro and bus - walking distance. Very easy access/walk to major city attractions. If you don't speak russian they have english speaking front desk/concierge. They are very polite and ready to help. Close (10 min easy walk if you can ask for directions in russian) to Moskovsky Vokzal (railroad station).

Highly recommend this hotel as this was my first St. Petersburg trip but 3rd for Russia - GREAT hotel

Excellent concierge service. Small but adequate gym. Recommend business class room with internet,very large. Near many restaurants and the Ginza center .Excellent breakfast. Half hour walk to Hermitage. Secure.

The hotel concıerge was very polite and helpful concerning our questions and did her best to make us feel comfortable in St. Petersburg.

Breakfast was not included in our reservation and the breakfast at the hotel was outrageously expensive. Other than that, we liked the hotel very much.
