- Location - Balcony views - Beach access - Terrace - Starbucks coffee on premise

- Unfriendly staff at checkout. - I was made to load all my family’s suitcase in front of of my wife my son and my two infant daughters. No help provided, staff was watching the whole process from close by. - poor access to Collins Ave - The building is heavily degraded, surprised they still have the rights to the Hilton brand label : ) - No active support during the stay, we had to find out everything on our own, very little to no explanation/guidance provided. We felt like being there without being there. Poor stay, we’re planning on coming back to Miami this week for a few days, we’ve already made a booking at a different Hotel. I don’t think we’ll ever come back.
