Divi Dutch Village Beach Resort

Room was spacious and clean. Sitting area was unique. Loved it.

The suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect wherever you’re driving or catching a taxi.

Was disappointed in my room being very dark and asked for a room change and they showed me same room. My other family members booked same room and they had suites that were poolside and kitchenettes.Also the “all-inclusive” only included 1 place on property that was only open for food til 3:30, so in order to have dinner we have to go to the other property. Which is fine for some nights but it had to be our whole stay. I don’t think they should include this hotel in their all inclusive hotels. When we booked this property there were more options available in the all Inclusive so they had changed it since then. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again. I’d maybe visit the other divi properties for I feel they had more to offer for dining.

“All inclusive” package was not all inclusive. “Signature package” only included one bar on premises that closed 6pm, one pool grill closed 4pm. Two other bars were included but at Divi golf, as well as two restaurants and buffet, also at another resort. Upgrade was $150 per day per person. Resort blamed this mis communication of “all inclusive” on Expedia and other 3rd parties. This change was made a few months ago. We were here last April and came back for the old all inclusive package, not knowing that it had changed. If we knew this, we would not have booked; the price does jot seem worth it. The front desk girl was either new or not very helpful or informative. The brunch at “Windows” restaurant is included but also $35 extra per person. There is a dress code we were not informed about. The staff at “Windows” will treat you well if they think you have money. Waiter Miguel was more pleasant and more attentive when he realized we were tipping well, which was probably a little late. The golf cart drivers were very friendly and helpful as well as the bartenders and servers at the pool bar and grill. I will look for a better place to stay when I return to Aruba

A nice stay and you can visit all the Divi resorts. How great is that. We visited each one. They are all great.

We had a spectacular time at the Divi. The thing we liked the most was being able to use all of the Divi resorts. Frank at The Beach Bar made us feel like a local. What an asset he is to your resort community. The room was spacious and clean. The pools were great. We will return!

The property did not have my reservation. My daughter’s room had someone else in it. It took them 45 min to check us in. Upon checkout I requested bell service to take our bags. After waiting 15 min I carried everything myself

The staff and facilities are excellent! Well worth the visit!!

We loved our stay at the Divi Dutch. I would definitely will come back.

DIVI DUTCH VILLAGE 😢😢😢. Please Be careful. Bitten by bugs in the bed! 2 different room. They don’t call them bedbugs. lol
