Awful, dirty place. Terrible service. Felt very unsafe here

There wasn't anyone there to check in. Lost my money on room (no Refund) and had to find another place to stay. DON'T do it. You will be sorry

Definitely a low income housing. Let's start with the front desk.Very unprofessional.I was trying to check in meanwhile she was on the phone talking smack about someone else. The hall ways was very moist and smelled like cigarettes everywhere. The elevator was wet, from what I heard it's like there 3rd complaint about this. Never was cleaned through out the night. My room was not that bad. The AC did not work well nor did the burners.Looked ok but not impressive. Thank goodness I rent it becuz it was cheap and just to party.Did not stayed the night.I definitely do not recommend this hotel. Oh yea the roaches come out at night!

There is not one good thing I can say about this hotel. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. There was no linen, 1 towel,I seen roaches and the only reason I stayed is because everything else was sold out.

I cannot adequately express how disgusting the conditions were, from the hallways to the filthy furniture. Add in the little antenna'ed critter infestation and I think you get the picture.

Room was next to an entry door that banged loudly when used. Only three tiny pillows on the bed. Expedia didn't send the hotel the reservation info and it took about an hour to fix. In the mean time my wife needed to use the facilities but there are no facilities to use except for in the rooms. On the plus side the suite was large with lots of features. This is normally an extended stay but they were doing nightly rooms too. Jasmine at the front desk was great in helping us through the check in mess.

Worst place ever. It is supposed to be non-smoking but the place reeked of smoke. Even after I left my stuff still reeked. If that was not bad enough there were roaches all over the room. The only reason I stayed was because it was CMA week and all the known hotels were booked. I couldnt even go to work the next day because they didnt provide irons. To be honest I did not sleep on the bed or shower. NEVER again. I was tempted to sleep in my car but didnt know how safe that would be. Trust me you cant do worse that this place. STAY AWAY!!

Stayed one night Cons: non smoking room smelled strongly like smoke. Many lights in the room didn't work. No shampoo or conditioner provided. No trash cans or bags. No working smoke detector. Bedding had holes in it. Front desk was not open when we went to check out in the morning. Got asked for money numerous times as we walked in and out of our room. Kitchenette had no pots/pans/plates/cups/silverware. Pros: parking lot had good lighting, staff was friendly when we checked in (though we only saw that staff member during our stay). Overall: Ok for one night, but wouldn't recommend. Pay a little extra else ware and enjoy a much better stay.

There were holes in the walls. The bathroom cabinet was busted in. The room had an old musty stale cigarette smell. There was one old thin comforter on the bed. We went to walmart and bought a comforter and pillows. Could not get out soon enough. It was CMAFEST so no other rooms available

I booked this place last minute after almost falling for a craigslist scam. I had not read the reviews until it was too late. The negative reviews are spot on and some are not as brutal as they should be. When I checked into the hotel, the desk clerk was standing a foot in front of the entrance smoking a cigarette. She greeted me with a warm "What do you need?". They gave me a room that someone was already in. The room was trashed. When I went to go inform the front desk, she was yacking on her phone and did not have the courtesy to put it down when i told her the situation. She did not apologize and just gave me a key to another room. After walking down a hallway that barely had 2 lights, I found my room marked by a sticky note with the room number on it. I walked in and immediately noticed junk all over the walls, stains on the carpet, cumbs on the carpet, and a fridge with dents all over the door. The key slot for the room was held together by scotch tape. The carpet looked like it had barely been vaccumed. The toilet was not clean. The bath tub had mold all over it. It was obvious the "cleaning staff" does not pay attention to detail and only spot cleans. I slept above the sheets, fully clothed, every night and had to buy another pillow since they provide only a plastic one and one that has out-lived its use. I called the front desk to request an iron and they informed me they did not have irons. What kind of hotel doesnt have an iron? especially an extended stay "aimed" towards business travelers? The coach is a very cheap leather that almost feels plastic. The stove top was not cleaned, nor was the hood above it. The only good thing about this place is the towels are decent and it has a hair dryer. At all costs, DO NOT STAY HERE. I had the feeling i was one of the very few people who was staying there for business. Also, when i checked in, I asked the clerk where the nearest grovery store and she had absolutely no idea. You would expect an employee of an extended stay to know where a nearby grocery store is. Its a miracle this place is still in bussiness and has not been shut down for health or safety concerns.
