Hacienda Paradise Hotel

You really go there only because is cheap , and your out of budget ! Pool is so dirty you cant swim , rooms all broken and rusted , the person at the reception very nice but is really only an option to stay somewherre and u have no extra money dont expect nothing nothing more then a room to stay . Breakfast is only a toast and jelly with coffee but i expected this for the price .

Sorry but this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in The first thing that hit me was the smell of the old furniture. The ceiling above the bed looked like someone had been killing large bugs, big blood stains. The bathroom taps/shower are all rusty! The shower head sprouted water out above and below the shower door, so much so that I slipped on the puddle of water on the bathroom floor. Very painful. Someone had put sealant around the shower, but it appeared to be over half an inch of grime! The towels were grey. Two positives the bed was large and comfortable and it was close to town. I stayed one night and checked out. It was depressing.

It’s a good price-quality deal. All in order, except that the headboard of the bed was noisy, it was not well installed. Also, the toilet got blocked all the time. We reported those issues but apparently nothing was done. The rest was very good.

Surroundings are close 5ta avenida is around the corner thats the only good thing but this place has roaches, one of the staff he was a male was very rude about our family being in the pool we totally understand we were there after hours but theres a way to ask and the following day there was a party at the pool very very loud it was around 2am. Mattresses were not very comfortable, Cleaning ladies were very nice and breakfast its better to go out and eat somewhere around town.

The area is nice just very noisy we found several roaches in our room beds aren’t very comfortable and the staff there was a male attending front desk and he was very rude about my family being in the pool past 10pm following day there was a family in the pool past 10pm and they were very noisy and drunk.

Very nice experience I have stayed at this property many times in the past the new management company seems to be very intent on upgrading the facilities the only drawback I would have was the bed was a bit creaky the plumbing on the first floor was fixed and the shower was running very well the air conditioner I had no problem with the room was clean and we had a great stay

The location and size of the room are good.

Breakfast was included, but the portion sizes were ridiculous, so you'll pay extra for food. Also when they offered you coffee you had to pay extra for milk or cream. It's an abuse. Well, what they give you is a splash of milk, nothing more. It's not worth paying for food at this hotel. On the other hand, the staff is limited and they are not friendly at all. We wrote 2 months before many times asking for support with the transportation service from the airport and they answered us a day before to say that there was nothing they could do. Even though it is a service that they have announced.
