It was really nice and large.

There was construction next door that started early, even on Saturday they were working. But that won't last forever.

Location. Was able to put us on the first floor since wife is unable to climb stairs.

Room definitely not worth the price. Dead bugs on the floor and on the window sill. Tub very slippery. Need 2 remotes to watch tv.
