Club Wyndham Palm-Aire

I booked on bookings. Great location and all. But , but, they gave me a room outside the property . Outside of the gate . Bait and switch , I did not want to attend their time sharing meeting

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! We are seniors and were treated with complete disrespect and concern for my husband's disability and safety. NO HELP with baggage, room required lengthy walking which husband can not do, no WIFI, the list goes on...all because we did not want to attend a timeshare presentation! My husband was celebrating his 92nd birthday which was an obvious reason why we did not do the presentation.The manager "Eddie" should be given a job that does not require "people skills" or understanding the needs of others. BOOK ELSEWHER!!!

I sent my best friend and her daughter to celebrate her 17th birthday at this resort. I reserved a Studio deluxe at Club Wyndham Palm Aire, with a check-in date of today and a check-out date of Saturday. I am a WorldMark owner but purchased a club pass for this Club Wyndham location. Spending extra $249 (Club pass) to reserve, Upon their arrival at the front desk for check-in, they observed impressive tower buildings, ambient music, and security, creating a resort-like atmosphere. After receiving the keys, they were provided with directions to a location approximately half a mile away, which lacked amenities. (Which is fine as they can use pool, ect at main location). But the location they arrived at was dark, deserted, with only two cars in the parking lot, overgrown landscape and did not resemble the images displayed on-line or the check-in location. As I am not physically present, I have spoken with two individuals at the resort Dawn and Amikka (completely unprofessional and deceitful), and two supervisors in main office owner care services (claimed they have never seen location only photos from website- WTFlip). They expressed this is the "Queen Building" for reference if that means anything because nothing was disclosed on reservation. I have attached pictures for you to see. Can you Say Bait and Switch! Come on Wyndham, you can do better.

Friendly and attentive staff.

I didn’t like that we had to sit through a sales presentation that was over 2 hours long when they said it would be 90 minutes. This is not how we wanted to spend our vacation time.

I’d like to file a complaint about one of your timeshare sellers- Gary Gallant. He signed me up for one of the presentations in Pompano Beach. I arrive early to check in. I’m not on the system. And then I’m told I’m not eligible to sit through a presentation for a 8/7 vacation. I’m supposedly getting my $40 refund but what a waste of my time and I was looking forward to my vacation that I’m no longer eligible for because of one of your sellers. I’m frustrated about the whole situation.

Property and amenities are nice.

Dead bed bugs on the sleeper sofa mattress. We were unable to use that bed. Told the front desk and they said they would make note of it.
