Das Zimmer war groß und hell, die Ausstattung ordentlich und sauber. Gut fanden wir, dass am Pool/strand Bereich genug liegen verfügbar waren und es somit nicht zu Stress kam. Das Essen war vor allem im Buffet Restaurant HERVORRAGEND! Selten so gute Qualität in ähnlichen Hotels bekommen. Late Check out war problemlos - allerdings hatten wir extra betont 13:30 auszuchecken und dennoch war unser Band 13 Uhr nicht mehr aufgeladen. (Konnte schnell behoben werden, nur etwas ärgerlich, da ich es extra betont hatte und mir abwinkend mitgeteilt wurde „ja kein problem“)

Unser Toilette funktionierte 2 Tage nicht und erst nach Nachfrage wurde sie repariert, deswegen konnten wir allerdings diese eine Weile nicht benutzen. Seitens des Hotels gab es hierzu leider erstmal keine Entschuldigung. Nachdem wir nachgefragt hatten bekamen wir dann aber einen Gutschein für das Privilige Restaurant. Hinzu kam, dass im Pool Bereich Toiletten manchmal stark verschmutzt waren durch gewisse Party Urlauber. Nicht schön, wenn man entspannt Urlaub machen will. Hier und da gab es immer wieder mal Kleinigkeiten wie diese, wo man leise in sich hineinschmunzeln musste, weil gewisse Absprachen anscheinend nicht weitergegeben wurden.

The resort sparkles for a mature resort. As an adults only resort, we experienced all the relaxation and comfort that surpasses all expectations. The property is maintained continuously and we enjoyed the resident wildlife which is entertaining. The rooms are comfortable and we enjoy the compact layout of the property. The menus and food quality continues to improve each visit. The beach is beautiful and clean with continuous care. The staff is exceptional from check-in to check-out, accommodating any special needs. Special thanks to Juan our Butler, Gabrielle in reception, Alfredo our waiter, Sandi, and Herbert (Tiger) and many others for the most enjoyable stay. Looking forward to our next stay.

This was my third visit to the resort, and each time it just keeps getting better. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and truly enjoyable. A big thank-you to Roberto and Enrique at Guest Services for a smooth check-in and check-out, and especially to Gabriela for helping us secure our à la carte reservations—greatly appreciated! Herbert and Jorge at the Lobby Bar were fantastic and made every visit special by remembering my non-alcoholic chaya mojito. Vicente and Rosaisela at La Hacienda Buffet were attentive, and the food offered plenty of fresh and healthy options. At Blue Moon, Isai and Hilda provided excellent service and the food was exquisite. Grecia at Dolce Vita welcomed us warmly, while Alberto and Clara made the experience even better—the lamb chops were outstanding. At El Charro, Selene’s service was wonderful, and the molcajete and churros were delicious. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with a clean beach, refreshing pools, and a safe, relaxing atmosphere. The staff throughout are friendly and attentive. We also enjoyed the entertainment, especially the silent party, fire show, and beach party. The live saxophonist on the beach and guitarist in the lobby were exceptional. A peaceful 20-minute walk to Tres Ríos, where the rivers meet the sea, was another highlight. Overall, the staff, food, and atmosphere made this stay unforgettable. Highly recommended—we will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful time painting with Viri and Moisis at the bottle painting activity. They were so welcoming and friendly. Great conversation throughout the activity and very relaxing!

I love this report, I’ve been here twice now. I really enjoyed the bottle painting activity that was led by Viri and Moises. They were so lovely and we had a great time. I’ll definitely come back!

Great bartender, made good drinks! Just had to tell him what kind and he surprised us with the best drinks.
