Flitwick Manor

The location is beautiful. The breakfast staff were great, very courteous and helpful.

The whole hotel could do with a deep clean, from cobwebs in corners to tables needing a good wipe down. On arrival in reception empty drinks can on table (nobody at the table). Carpet in room rucked up so had to be careful not to trip over it. Bed not made with fresh sheets on our arrival, hairs and tissues found in the bed, blood stained duvet cover,which were changed immediately upon being told about, but really not acceptable. Finally at about 4.50am the fire alarm went off and not one member of staff was seen or heard from and no mention of it in the morning, by this time we had had enough and left early, without breakfast as we had had enough. This was a surprise treat for my wife's birthday and felt very let down by the whole experience.

We took advantage of a wonderful Bletchley Park Dinner Bed & Breakfast offer …. And it was a wonderful offer! The staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble … standard of catering really excellent . There was a birthday gathering but rather than it being an issue we were warmly invited!! How lovely … the room just perfect for a comfortable nights rest and close to Bletchley Park, if we had more time we would have visited Woburn Abbey .

Excellent breakfast and evening meal. All the staff made us very welcome and had ensured I had a ground floor room with shower as I am disabled. The hotel architecture ,grounds and history are stunning.

Nothing could be better

Breakfast was a nice change - ordered food and it came freshly cooked and hot. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

No issues.

The location was spot on, the Manor sits in lovely grounds. We had a room in the courtyard as we had our elderly Bichon with us, it was comfortable, quiet, clean and nice and warm. The only down side was room 20 has three steps to enter, only a minor thing, as having to carry dog up & down steps. The hotel was very obliging with lovely friendly staff good food and great value. Barney enjoyed his stay, thank you.
