Noticeable but not unlikeable .Room cosy , floorboards in bathroom creaky but to be expected in older property and noise from next door audible in morning

Breakfast was good, though a bit pricey, location & grounds were impressive, with a picturesque long drive approach to the hotel. Staff were very friendly, easy to approach, & helpful. Bathroom was a good size & clean.

Bed area was cramped & awkward to open/close the window. No safe in the room, no AC. The room was difficult to keep cool. Driveway through the gates had big depressions in the surface, testing car suspension.

Beautiful, peaceful hidden Manor House with lovely grounds. Comfortable bed in a spacious room. Lots of choice for breakfast. Very welcoming, attentive & friendly staff.

The food was really good, the staff were all excellent and nothing was too much trouble.

The four poster bed was grand looking but only a double, could be a king size.

Breakfast very nice good service

No outside lights bad walking down the drive

Friendly welcome from staff on arrival and throughout our stay. Room was very characterful and comfortable. Cooked breakfast was of a high standard.
