Everything was easy to do and find. We loved the place for our family
This was the fifth time my family stayed in OCMD, but the first on the Bay. The location and property were perfect. I will definitely be looking to stay here again.
The description of the property clearly showed waterfront. When we arrived the unit we were given was not waterfront and I was not the only person that checked in expecting it to be waterfront. After complaining the very nice ladies that work there were able to switch us to a waterfront unit. The unit had clearly been VERY recently updated, new flooring, new linens, new kitchen items. Only issue was none of it had been ever washed the towels still had the original stickers on them and smelled horrible so I had to wash everything before we could use it, in their extremely old, small washer. (dryer took 2+ hours to dry 3 towels). Plus in the renovation they clearly missed the upstairs vanity which is falling apart with black mold! The upstairs sink doesn’t drain either. The layout is weird with the kids room (2 twin beds) in the lower levels with its own walkout to the dock! Plus a hidden jacuzzi that just looked scary plus the shower fills the jacuzzi up with water when being used. The upstairs bedroom is a loft with zero privacy.
Trip went very well. Only problem we had upstairs bathtub did not work properly. Other than that we had a great time.
The interior was cleanly and well stocked, except for the washer/dryer. The mattress' were somewhat uncomfortable. Overall, I would stay here again.
The check in process was easy and the staff went above and beyond!!! It’s an older property my only cons were the loft queen bedroom and the bathrooms were extremely small, but again it’s an older build. And also the weather wasn’t the best so walking outside in the rain to get to the indoor pool kinda deterred my kids from doing any swimming, outside of that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The property needs an upgrade. Very nice but dated
It was a nice property will definitely stay there again when visiting ocean city.
The stay was awesome. A little upsetting to know that we paid $1200.00 more because we booked through Hotels.com.
Great location - I enjoyed staying at this spacious Townhouse and won’t be staying at a hotel anymore. Some updates could improve the place like new carpet and better upstairs mattress and pillows but overall the place is great and has everything you need including washer and dryer for clothes and dish washer. There is also a private parking space out front door or in the back near the pool. I especially liked being able to go in/out - accessible to front and back doors. My daughter and friend stayed in bedroom downstairs with the jacuzzi while we were upstairs feeling like we were in a separate loft from them. I would definitely recommend this place to others and will be returning next year.
