great location laid back clean non invasive homey the grounds were well groomed and safe. The parking was easy the pool was pleasant and clean. the apartments were comfortable and well stocked not over the top . Conducive to relaxing

Nice Property. Our condo was nice, it did need a little maintenance the slider doors were not easy to move the ice maker was stuck (would not give any ice out) and the pocket door to the bathroom needed a little help. But on the positive side this did not take away from our stay. Easy to get to, not far to Kona or good snorkeling beaches.

Remodeled rooms, easy access to amenities, and ample parking. Staff was awesome and the adjacent beach was gorgeous.

The property has a wonderful location fronting the shoreline. The view from the lanai was beautiful. The pool was nice, the hot tub was small and didn't look as clean as the pool. Our room was clean and spacious. The king size bed was hard and not as comfortable as we had hoped. The first day we checked in, our room was not ready, so they gave us a different room in another building for the night. We were supposed to get a reimbursement for the change in room but as of today, 2 weeks later we have not received that on our credit card.

Location was great. Only minor issue was that wi-fi was a little inconsistent.

Some units had a washer and dryer inside. Ours did not. That was not awesome being across a busy street. Carpet in condo was very dirty and should be replaced with tile for cleanliness. Quiet hours were too strict. I was yelled at from below for having a conversation on our deck over morning coffee at 7:30 am. Staff was wonderful and overall it was a nice vacation.

Bugs in the beds and bathroom. One condo was very old. No air conditioning. Rooms were ready late around 3 pm. Did not provide enough towels. Receptionist was not courteous.

This is not a place for short stays, it is set up as a weekly rental with a large cleaning fee. We had to pay the cleaning fee and we were only there one night. I wish Orbitz had made that clear up front. I tried to get the fee refunded by Orbitz but they wouldn't do it. The room was fine, the bed was comfortable and we had a nice partial view of the ocean or we could walk across the road to the main campus and get a terrific view. Shortly after we were in the room the overhead ceiling fan and light started going on and off like it was haunted and then when my husband turned off the light in the bathroom the glass cover fell off! Luckily he was quick enough to catch it or it would have shattered on the hard floor. We told the desk and they said they would get these things fixed
