Kona Bali Kai features a grocery shopping service through Castle Island where groceries are delivered to guest rooms upon request. Purchases over USD 50 will receive a USD 10 discount. Front desk hours are between 08:00 and 17:00. If checking in after hours, please proceed to the phone located right behind the lobby gate. This will then connect to the property's answering service. They will then provide directions to the guests' room and combination for the lock box. The following morning, the property asks that the guest proceed to the front desk to formally check in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. ホテルではなく、完全な個人所有コンドミニアムを管理会社からの英文メールのみが頼りで、入室しました。フロントに行っても、「その部屋は個人所有だから何を聞かれても分からない。」と言われる状況。その辺りをもう少し詳しく説明しておいていただきたかった。 退出する日も、これでいいのかなあ？？と不安になりながら誰にも会わずに帰ってきました。

Loction good. Room good..mountain side dose not mean mountain view. Its on the othet side of tje street across from the pool bbq and laundry room
