Beach out of use as seaweed was a major problem.

The staff are attentive. The service is amazing.

The only negative was the seaweed. The beach was covered everyday and not unusable. The smell from the seaweed is very strong.

Tudo sempre limpo e organizado. Staff muito prestável e preocupado.

The staff were so lovely in every department, So kind and caring.

The food , honestly I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here because of the food , everyone books an all inclusive restaurant for the buffet , the buffet was closed 8 out of the 10 days we were there , absolute joke. Had to eat at the 3 restaurants which we got told we’re first come first served , rubbish , we showed up 3 nights to be told tables were booked until 9pm… so we were left for hours hungry which resulted in having to order room service and eat in bed? Who wants to sit in bed eating every night at An all inclusive.

The staff was amazing, food was amazing, drinks were amazing. Plenty of fun activities. I truthfully did not want to leave!!

Nothing, everything was spectacular

Over the past 12 years, we have stayed in many hotels in Cancun, Mexico. There are always good and bad hotel. But this hotel is the worst one. Restaurants ( Total 4 Restaurants) 1. Main Buffet. It is small buffet, not many food to choose. 2. Asian Food: Too salty, and the sushi is not fresh. 3. Italian Food: 4. Mexican Food: the food is good. The only place has Air Conditioning are Coffee Shop and your rooms, No AC at all. and the indoor temperature only keep 25C. The only pool are busy and crowed all the time, you will not find the chair at all. We ended up not use the swimming pool. Room: 1. The room is big, we stayed in the room most of time. 2. Cooling Issue: the indoor temperature only keep 25C.
