Infelizmente não encontrei o que “comprei’ pelo site! Não ficamos , mudamos de hotel! 100 não reembolsável, não devolveram nosso investimento ! Booking me vendeu pelo site e o hotel não aceitou retornar o dinheiro! Um ficou empurrando para o outro! E ninguém resolveu nosso caso!

A la carte restaurants great (sushi in particular).

Beach out of use as seaweed was a major problem.

A qualidade da comida do jantar mexicano, a quantidade de algas na praia e o cheiro insuportável, a péssima organização das actividades.

The staff are attentive. The service is amazing.

The only negative was the seaweed. The beach was covered everyday and not unusable. The smell from the seaweed is very strong.

Tudo sempre limpo e organizado. Staff muito prestável e preocupado.

The staff were so lovely in every department, So kind and caring.

The food , honestly I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here because of the food , everyone books an all inclusive restaurant for the buffet , the buffet was closed 8 out of the 10 days we were there , absolute joke. Had to eat at the 3 restaurants which we got told we’re first come first served , rubbish , we showed up 3 nights to be told tables were booked until 9pm… so we were left for hours hungry which resulted in having to order room service and eat in bed? Who wants to sit in bed eating every night at An all inclusive.

The staff was amazing, food was amazing, drinks were amazing. Plenty of fun activities. I truthfully did not want to leave!!
