Mia Reef Isla Mujeres - All Inclusive

Location was great!! The weather was great as well!!

10,000 birds and all the droppings that come with the birds. Everyone in our group of 12 got hit with bird droppings.

Location was great.

Bird Migration and them pooping on everyone and everything. No stop bird chirping. Most of the staff was great but a handful of the staff are not very nice and all they want is a tip for not doing anything.

We had a wonderful experience at Mia Reef Isla Mujeres. While the hotel is simple, its location makes it absolutely exceptional. The beach feels almost private, with crystal-clear water and a peaceful atmosphere — truly a little paradise. The rooms were very clean, the food was very good, and the service was outstanding. Every staff member was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to J.C., Andy, Roberto, Efrain and Kimberly for making our stay even more memorable with their excellent care and hospitality. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

Views are amazing, the beach is great. Lots of food options. The staff were incredible. Enoc and Israel took great care of us!

We are currently staying at Mia Reef in Isla, Mujeres, and even though our trip isn’t over yet, I felt I had to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service and incredible people here. I have celiac so I was a bit worried about the food situation, but they have been amazing, always letting me know what is gluten free and also grilling me fresh fish and meats to ensure no cross contamination. They also have gluten free pancakes and pasta which is incredible! I need to point out that a few days into our stay I mentioned that the room felt slightly dated, although it honestly wasn’t a major concern because everything else has been so great. But Rich at the concierge desk insisted on upgrading us to the honeymoon suite and it is absolutely beautiful with stunning views. I also want to thank Javier, who took my celiac disease seriously, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout our stay and to Rich for the incredible upgrade and for making our holiday even more special. Even before our trip is over, we can confidently say this has been an amazing experience, and we are so grateful for the care, kindness, and exceptional service we’ve received so far.

All of the staff were awesome, friendly, and attentive! JC is the best beachside buddy of them all! Daniel was great! Shoutout to Luis who got us all in and met us up with our group! Props to Abraham the KING of Member Services! And many more i just can't remember... in a sky full of stars, you can only name some constellations... I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

The cevicheria restaurant at the beach,the customer service, roberto,Jonathan and Andres they make everything they can in order to make you feel like home.

We had a wonderful experience here during our stay in Isla Mujeres. The beachfront location was one of the highlights, easy access to the beach and stunning views made it very relaxing. The food at the hotel restaurants was consistently delicious, with plenty of options to choose from during our stay. But also lots of local restaurants near the restaurant. We were searching for a chill and relaxing hotel and we found it. The suites were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and attentive, always happy to share helpful tips about the island. Overall, it was a great stay. Highly recommend.
