Mia Reef Isla Mujeres - All Inclusive

We were absolutely blown away with this resort. The rooms themselves aren’t the nicest by any means and they’re older but really not too bad and still very clean. That’s the only downside really. We could hear our neighbors but that’s not the hotels fault and with the doors cracked the sound of the waves crashing on the shore drowned them out and created a peaceful ambiance to relax. The most impressive part was the staff. Even beyond the vast crystal clear water and private white sandy beaches on our own little island at the north end is Isla Mujeres, the staff was over the top amazing. We became instant friends with many of them and developed relationships that I’m confident will last years. One in particular, JC, took such amazing care of us. Multiple other guests have told us about similar experiences with him as well. We can’t wait for our next trip, which we are already planning. That being said, we paid a very reasonable amount for our stay, but realized that if we are going to be frequenting the resort it makes sense to become members and take advantage of lower rates and many more advantages, like the spa, top shelf liquor, more restaurants, and sunset catamaran. In addition to all that, the food was very good, and the fun upbeat atmosphere and hospitality were far beyond our expectations. It’s worth mentioning too that this is a very family friendly resort where kids are welcome.

First positive, EXELLENT server Jerry at breakfast and William at grill 👌. Both very attentive, professional, fast. Next, fitness lady Nahomi is amazing, positive, joyful ❤️. Manager Karla was helping and listening with open, caring heart at the end. Saying this, atmosphere is very depressing, nobody's smiling, unless they're drunk. No place for free water activities, no place to swim 😢, you feel, like in a cage, like trapped. Food is NOT healthy, but you can find a few tasty choices. Breakfast lady, who's cooking 🍳 eggs was very nice and followed instructions 😀 The only positive thing about trip, my husband playing pool 🎱 It was our 3rd time there, we stayed in Honeymoon sweet, but still don't think it's worthy of money and service.

Zero preocupação com intolerâncias alimentares. Buffet não tem indicação de alerginos, e os funcionários também não sabem informar. Comer tendo intolerância é um desafio, ter que ficar questionando prato a prato. Restaurante a la carte mesma coisa. Sem opções dedicadas. Chef cria 5 opções no cardapio, nenhuma sem leite ou para veganos, queijo em tudo…. Lamentável

If you enjoy good service and good food then DO NOT GO here! It is not a 5-star hotel, maybe 3 stars. They only have one restaurant and one buffet and the buffet food was absolutely inedible. Very low quality food. We had to walk into town to get good food (thank god we had that option). The natural beauty and the natural pool for snorkeling were the highlights but the hotel is so poorly run and quality/service is just not there.

Der Preis die Leistung. Für € 550.- hat man noch ni ht mal Anspruch auf eine Lige, wenn die voll sind kann man a hauen wo man bleibt. Die Bar hat auch 2 unterschiedliche Bereiche, all inklusive heisst nicht das man alles was in der steht bekommt. Da werden noch mal $ € 180.- fällig. Wir waren zu zweit da und würden nicht nochmals hingehen!

My family and I want to leave a special review for our favorite server at Mia Reef in Isla De Mujeres, Mike. He was super attentive, friendly, fun, and did not skip a beat. He unfortunately left before our last day at the resort so we wanted to leave him a nice review for his amazing service!

We've stayed Mia Reef Isla Mujeres on multiple occasions and once again, we loved everything about it. The location is unbeatable, the vibe is perfect, and the experience keeps bringing us back. Best beach and views on the island. What truly sets Mia Reef apart is the staff. Huge thanks to Luis at the bar, Jerry and Kimberly in the buffet, Roberto at the cevichería, and Erin and Lucio at the beach. Every one of them made our stay extra special with their warmth, attention, and care. If you’re looking for a place you’ll want to return to again and again, this is it.

Property has an amazing location.

The beach is quite small and could be made better for the guests. The hotel facilities are rather basic for the cost of the rooms and remains a large potential for improvement in communal facilities and rooms. We had noisy guests whilst traveling with 2 young kids and the hotel were not willing to address this seriously, especially when coupled with very noisy rooms and little insulation from sounds
