Great place to stay! Spacious rooms and clean

Lovely smaller hotel just outside the walled city with the beach across the road. Easy to walk into the centre. Nice size rooms and bathrooms. Pretty rooftop bar. I left a dress in the wardrobe and they arranged to have it shipped back to me so have to give a special shout-out to Alberto and the housekeeping team for making that possible! I am truly grateful. Also thank you to David at the front door for all his assistance. The staff make the hotel what it is. I would stay again if I was in Cartagena.

Ermita was convenient and clean. The staff was professional and kind. The breakfast was sooooo good. It is a pretty short walk to old town.

This hotel calls itself a Marriott, but be warned this is a low class seedy hotel! I booked 3 nights, I could only handle one night. After multiple issues I checked out yet management refused to credit the night I didn’t stay there.

Amazing service, made me feel welcomed as a guest. Especially everyone at the front desk. The pool and views from rooftop were amazing as well.

This place is awesome and great value. The two restaurants are great. Breakfast is solid. The staff is awesome. Rooms are clean and gym is good. Has enough to get a basic workout in. Pool has good views of water.

Everything was great. We spent almost a week and felt at home. We enjoyed the pool that was perfect for kids and us. Also like the option of having breakfast available.

Ermita and the staff are all INCREDIBLE!! This was our 2nd visit and our couple friends 5th time!…that says it all. The location is ideal- close to beaches, Walled City, restaurants, pharmacy and grocery for whatever you might need and want to do. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable and so many areas to enjoy and relax…plus food is fantastic and cocktails are on point! Daniella, Jose, Andres, etc- thank you all for making our experiences perfect! We will definitely be back :)
