"Spectacular Stay"

The hotel was everything we hoped for. The Staff were professional, particularly Alberto! He took care of everything! “Thank you Alberto!” The food was great, but the DRINKS! Wow! The price was reasonable, the rooms clean and comfortable. I have stayed in Cartagena before, and this was the perfect stay! I have never stayed in a hotel of this caliber that was not priced three times higher.

"Don't think you are on a beach vacation"

Very undesirable location. On the beach but not a nice beach. Wind can blow you off the roof. Rooftop pool is tiny and not attractive.Rooms are OK but this is not any kind of Tribute Portfolio Hotel. Marriot should reconsider managing this hotel. It is not up to their standards

"Our delightful stay at Ermita Hotel"

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff made our stay of 11 days exceptionally nice. Alberto, the manager, went out of his way to see that every detail of any needs were being met. The supporting staff, including but not limited to, Daniela, Diego, Steven, and David were delightful and made us feel very comfortable. We look forward to a return visit.

"Not up to Marriott standards"

This was far below the standard of hotels with a Marriott brand. Rooms were small and uncomfortable. Location was awful. Pool was tiny and horribly over crowded. The bar was ok and staff were very helpful. Marriott needs to reconsider or upgrade this place.
