"Not worth the value no customer service"

The Starbucks coffee in the lobby

When we arrived, the front desk clerk seemed confused on how to check us in since we paid and booked through bookings.com. When we questioned her, she told us not to worry about it and gave us our room keys. Upon arrival in our room, the bathroom door did not shut. There was water damage on the ceiling in the shower and overall there was no staff on a weekend night or weekend day to help with our concerns.

"Awful and uncomfortable stay"

The website said breakfast was included and it was not included. They gave me a coupon towards breakfast for $15 even though I paid extra for the breakfast. When I showed the receptionist the website she became really rude and disrespectful saying it was wrong. I would not stay or recomend a mariott to anyone i know. They also said they would have a crib available upon check in as requested ahead of time through reservation which they responded and approved. Upon check in there was no crib provided and i asked the employee at the front desk if we could get one and they never got back to us so the baby had no where to sleep during the stay.
