Courtyard by Marriott Providence Warwick

It was tough to rate, there was a blackout due to a storm throughout Warwick due to a storm. Staff did the best they could given circumstances. Fortunately AC was on generator and showers/bathroom still operational

Hotel ubicado a 15 minutos de Providence, se necesita de auto para recorrer la zona. Lo negativo es que el restaurante para cenar cierra muy temprano.

A/C units are old and noisy. Had to change rooms. The second room was better but not quite.

Nice clean quiet place to stay when passing through

I don't know if it's because it's summer, but there is a group consisting of kids and their parents for some sort of sports event and the hotel is allowing the parents to use the hotel as their babysitter. The kids are running amok up and down the hallways, running in and out of rooms slamming doors, playing hockey in the hall and blowing an air horn. I have let the front desk know about this twice and still, not an adult in sight as they are all downstairs at the bar. Not cool for those of us that need our sleep. The staff has been nice, but huge lack of security or rule enforcement.

Had a weird experience where I called twice to inform of red eye arrival (booked the room for 3pm but actually wasn't arriving until later in the evening, very late). Upon arrival someone had just taken a nap in one of my beds. There's more to the story but too much to write in a review. Luckily was upgraded to a different and nicer room.

I booked a king side bed with a sofa bed instead was given only a king side bed. After i got into the room immediately went to the front desk and the receptionist said expedia doesnt share that information with the hotel. I was complexed because it was a room option. She said she will get it over to me. After four hours went to dinner and seems like she forgot. When she saw me she said oh ill have it right over to you.
