Waffles were the hit for sure.

Wish they had bagels to go with the cream cheese. Not sure what the cream cheese was for. Wish the breakfast started earlier than 8. We had to skip a couple days due to that but maybe that’s the idea

viel zu teuer, Ausstattung sehr alt zur Begrüßung gab es "Champagne" ( war keiner ) er wurde im Plastikbecher serviert Frühstück naja, bei den immerpreisen erwartet man was anderes

The location is nice

The bed sofa was terrible. We had both our kids sleep in it but that didn’t work out well. It needs to be switched out. It is sagging like crazy! If that is not done then that room should not be advertisse as fitting 4 people! The toilets were closed by the pool and no substitute. Considering the cost that should not be okay as well as the bed sofá.

We've been there multiple times and it has always been very clean, the staff pleasant and very accommodating.

Stayed in one of the villas with my two younger children and they are very nice and perfect for families. Downfall was construction dust everywhere in the bathroom and I had to clean it all up and shake out the all the towels. Other than that the villa was great had everything we needed. Pool was freezing cold so it made it hard for the kids to swim even when 80 outside. The older bartenders were not friendly and seemed to be bothered by me wanting to order food and drinks. The younger one was very nice and told my kids about the hidden candy canes which they loved to find. The free breakfast was ok but could be updated with better waffle makers. The resort is conveniently located to a lot of different places and super close to Sombrero Beach. I feel it was pricey for what we got but I also stayed right between Christmas and New Years. All in all I would definitely return but hopefully for half the price.

I had no idea I was good to a motorcycle rally I had to turn off my rental car alarm about 20 times a day I truly wish I would have gotten a place somewhere else.
