I visit frequently for personal reasons. I keep coming back to this hotel because it meets all my requirements. Everyone I contact has been supremely professional and always helpful. I recommend it without reservation, even though I do recommend a reservation!

"This place needed a remodel 25 years ago"

Stay at hotel 30 days a year. Have to ask for towels and sheets. Aluminum trim in shower corroding. Mildew in shower. Place is horribly run down and over $400/night. Ask for Cleveland Clinic discount and said best they can do. Will not stay there again.

"Overall everyone was helpful"

My mom had surgery at the Cleveland clinic. Things didn’t go as well as planned, we needed to extend our stay multiple times. Violetta was very helpful and compassionate in accommodate us through a difficult time…most of the staff was as well. The only downside was housekeeping they were rude when we needed extra towels and had to ask multiple times.

"The place to stay if visiting the Cleveland Clinic"

The staff at the Intercontinental Cleveland is exceptional and the location is perfect if you are visiting the Cleveland Clinic. The hotel is connected to Cleveland Clinic through skyways, making access very convenient and easy We stayed in a room with access to the Club Lounge, which I highly recommend. It was an absolute pleasure to be greeted with joy and kindness by Antoinette each morning. The breakfast selections were nice and the setting is very comfortable. There are other offerings during the day as well.
