This traditional coaching inn, provides a traditional overnight stop. The staff really make this stay enjoyable. Plenty of freshly cooked food was served at dinner and breakfast.

The owners might consider refreshing the decor before renewing the tenancy.

Breakfast was very good all well cooked and tasty we opted for the curry menu wife had korma which she enjoyed it was very tasty,myself had lamb curry it was awesome the staff were amazing very talkative excellent couldnt fault them

The establishment could do with a good upgrade and outside the area is pretty run down too a fence leading into the chalet was leaning as the post had snapped the guttering along the chalet could be renewed as when it rained it overflowed and you got wet as it was pouring out where you entered your room also not very disabled friendly you either had to go down quite alot of steps outside then more steps inside so if you cant do that you have to drive round the front for easy entry but no proper parking space so if someone else is doing the same they would have to park right behind you then if you were ready to go they would have to come out move there car so we could go to the chalet not very good.

Frukosten var vad man kunde förvänta sig, + för de varma alternativen. Mandy frukostvärdinnan höjde upplevelsen.

Good location to visit Forest of Dean . Allowed dogs which is great in the chalet rooms . Loads of parking . The Indian food in the restaurant was great . The Owner and staff were all so helpful and friendly, which was lovely
