The use of modern cold hue LED bulbs through out the hotel & grounds. The cold hue has been scientifically proven to cause anxiety & depression. Please replace with warm hue.

I found the service to be lacking

Location and view was spectacular. Since it was my first time, I did not know the area well. There were plenty of other options for half the price.

There were plenty of other options in the area for half the price. The room was extremely small, had a musty smell, was extremely hot, bed and pillows were uncomfortable. We couldn’t turn the fan on in the room because there were so much dust on the fan blades, as well as a thick inch of dust behind the bed. No insulation at all, it felt like you were in a large house with a bunch of roommates. As soon as one person woke up, you could hear it through the door. It will not let you check in even 30 minutes early or hang out at the property when we arrived earlier then check in. There were no staircase, in our room was upstairs. There was no ice machine upstairs, you had to go down to the front desk each time you need ice. There was no TV and the Wi-Fi was in paid add-on service. At the rate that they charged us Wifi should have been free.

Location

While the location is great, the lodging/food prices are so high you feel like you are price gauged at every turn. In particular, the Lodge rooms are way over priced -- like triple what they should be. Very old, not clean, old beds, and no fridge. We could literally hear an entire conversation plus snoring of the people next to us with ear plugs in! Also, you have to buy a data plan for wi-fi even if paying $500 night lodging.

Beautiful location

Heaters were not effective in room and in dinning room.

They took away the wood fireplace and the soul died with it. Just cold room with blankets now. Whys the point if not a warm lodge and fresh biscuits? They ruined it.
