The staff was awesome

Seaweed covered the beach. Could have been the season or because it is a marine preserve. Other wise we had a great time.

I was here with my husband for unwinding.I loved the services and friendly staffs.The villa was so clean and everything in was stunning.The jacuzzi was abit 👎.The food was 👌so amazing and sweet.Thanks.I wouldn't mind coming back with my Husband next time.

Medina Palms never disappoints. One of my favorite places on the planet - excellent food, cleanliness, hospitality - and always feels like home every time I go back.

A beautiful, calm pristine hotel. My deluxe suite was all that and more, spacious, light and comfortable. All the staff welcoming, helpful and professional. They made my wheelchair experience into something I didn’t expect. An excellent Dr Suleiman was on call: +254 722 523847 24/7. Beautiful facility. Wonderful friendly staff. Great food. We rented a villa - for 4 adults and 3 children. It was spacious and lovely, but almost too much space for the two nights. Bedrooms have AC - the common areas do not, which mostly worked since we spent most of our time out at the pool or restaurants. The rooftop lounge with hot tub was lovely. We purchased a meal plan - which gave us plenty of delicious options. But drinks ( bottled water, wine, beer and cocktails are extra and can add up). The beach access is complicated, especially at high tide, because there is a 5 meter bluff above the beach in front of the hotel but a path takes you to a broad beach 100 meters to the right. There is a staircase to the beach at low tide. The swimming pools are beautiful and clean and were a high point for the children. Our grandchildren loved the kayak expedition out into the bay.
