Wyndham Sea Pearl Resort Phuket

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had the most amazing stay at Wyndham Sea Pearl Resort! We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, Amanda at the front desk went above and beyond to look after us and make sure we were completely comfortable. We were even upgraded to an incredible suite, which made our stay extra special. The customer service overall was outstanding, but Amanda truly made the experience unforgettable. A massive thank you to our new friend Amanda — you’re an absolute gem! Highly recommend staying here — we’ll definitely be back!

I was a very bad experience there. very less staff, no customer response, no facilities, under-maintained property. the property interior, water all were very dirty. its a huge property with no maintenance. we saw a bat in our room at midnight. abd was scary to go out of room in dark. Not at all recommend this property. we booked room with jacuzzi and it was too dirty to use it.

I am so glad we did this trip without our kids because I would’ve been extra dissapointed. This hotel/resort is nothing like the website. The decking around the pool is completely broken, meaning everytime we walked on it I was worried I was going to fall through. Every sun lounge around the pool was broken so the whole pool area we couldn’t use safely. The jacuzzi in our room was dirty, not much water in it and just not maintained at all- so didn’t use this. It was raining one day and water was coming through the roof on the balcony. Our bathroom was also covered in ants. Would not recommend this place at all. Super dissapointed.

Location was a problem as there is no way of walking from the hotel to anywhere else. The entrance leads onto a 4 lane road and no footpath. It is a fast speed road with scooters constantly in the emergency lane. It would not be so bad if guests had access to the shuttle bus. Only 'club whyndam' guests have access to this service. The pool area was very bad, palings from the wooden deck were sticking up/broken/or had screws sticking up (very dangerous for children). The pool tiles looked like they had a build up of brown scum on the bottom. Four out of the fifteen sun lounges in our pool area were broken and unfit for use. The room my children were in smelt like mold. The TV's were all bad reception/screemy. One small bottle of water a day was supplied. There is no kitchen gear apart from a kettle. Otherwise the rooms were good and kept clean.

My daughter and her boyfriend stayed at Club Wyndham Phuket. The room was unacceptable. The configuration was the bed was not as requested. the curtains were falling off the railings and the powerpoint was blackened and had blown out. It took 7 hours to be given a room change! Breakfast was not included. Staff were unempathetic, and disinterested. It's a tired run down resort - not 5 star. Don't bother

This resort is set on a hill overlooking Patong Bay with views of the sea and tropical surroundings — about a 10-minute drive to Patong Beach and nightlife rather than beachfront access.

This property is absolutely not a 5-star hotel and should not be marketed as one. We paid a premium amount for a luxury stay, but walked into a shockingly unhygienic room. The bathroom was already used with visible urine stains. Towels and bed sheets were dirty, stained, foul-smelling, and clearly unwashed. The floor was filthy, the room smelled bad, and basic amenities like the kettle and mugs were unusable. The balcony jacuzzi, which was a key reason for booking, was completely dirty and unusable even after repeated complaints. When we raised these issues, the hotel staff behaved in a hostile and abusive manner, shouted at us, and even told us to “go home.” This was extremely humiliating and distressing, especially while staying in a foreign country. Despite complaining over two days, no proper cleaning or fresh linen was provided. Our health and hygiene were clearly at risk. The property also falsely advertises free shuttle services, which the staff denied entirely, leaving us stranded and forcing us to spend extra money. This stay caused mental harassment, health concerns, and financial loss. I strongly advise travelers to avoid this property. It is grossly misrepresented and unworthy of the Wyndham name.

I stayed at this hotel in December and we have just returned from our trip. The accommodation and service were excellent, and we had a wonderful experience overall. I would especially like to thank Mr. Thanawat, Nina, and the entire hotel team for their exceptional service. From the moment we booked, and even before traveling, we received many welcoming phone calls and emails, with offers to help arrange airport transfers, tours, and any other services we might need. The resort is very clean, and all the staff are extremely friendly, attentive, and quick to assist without being asked. The shuttle bus service is also fantastic—always on time and very convenient. Thank you again to Mr. Thanawat and the team for the great work. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Tony( Talaat )

Very good Vacation Club Property. Spacious room with a Jacuzzi just outside the door. They shuttle you to the Restaurant or Lobby. Great food.
