"Extremely Rude Service at The Dive Pool – Harrah’s Resort Southern California"

We stayed at Harrah’s Resort Southern California on March 23–24, 2026 to celebrate a birthday, including a paid suite upgrade and dinner at Hell’s Kitchen. The next day we visited The Dive Pool expecting the same high standard of service. Upon arrival, a staff member gave us wristbands and instructed us to reserve a daybed via QR code. While following these instructions, Madison approached us in a very rude, condescending manner and told us to “get up, stand, get up and complete the purchase.” Shortly after, Madison returned with supervisor Kylie and two security guards. Kylie did not greet us or offer assistance. She falsely accused us of using inappropriate language, which we strongly dispute. When we asked for her name, she refused to provide it in writing and only pointed to her tag. We were given a business card with no name and a phone number (760-975-9735) that led to generic voicemail. We left a message and never received a response. We remained at the pool for about two hours after payment. No staff offered food or drinks, and our daybed remained unused. We reported the incident to Hotel Supervisor Jackie Madara. This experience reflects rude, unprofessional conduct and poor management. We hope the resort takes this seriously to prevent future guests from being treated the same way.

"Best solo trip"

Christian at the front desk may be my most favorite front desk agent i have ever encountered and I have been a regular for 10plus years. His hospitable personality honestly made the start of my.check in process memorable especially coming from a 12 hour 40hr work week in the evening . My room was beautiful in the dive tower spacious no connecting doors no kids no noise. All my preferences without having to ask. The service is always great here but my stay from ataty to end was good.

"Make sure you don’t Forget Items or they’ll throw it away"

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. After checking out, I realized I had accidentally left an item in the room and called less than 24 hours later to retrieve it. I was shocked to be told that the hotel throws away all items immediately after a guest checks out. This policy is unreasonable and shows a complete lack of consideration for guests. Most hotels maintain a basic lost-and-found process, especially for items reported so quickly. The fact that they discard belongings within hours is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their customer service standards. Because of this experience, I would not stay here again and would caution others to be extremely careful not to leave anything behind. apparently, you won’t get it back.
