Great trip to Sandals. Neville the Devil was very entertaining and funny, willing to help. We also enjoyed having Herta as our waitress. She was everywhere we went!!

My husband and I just got back from The Sandals Grande! It was spectacular. The customer service from our butlers, Wendy, Madonna, and Messiah, was spot on! They were kind and attended to everything we needed. They even had some fun surprises like decorating our room for our anniversary and made it very memorable. I would recommend this resort if you are looking for a fun, relazing trip that is set in some gorgeous scenery!

Went for our honeymoon and ended up having the best and most memorable trip together so far! The setting of the resort was picturesque and perfectly set up for us to have a great time. The entertainment staff was out of this world and were a huge part of why we enjoyed our trip. Lady lemonade, Nevil the devil, Cassian, Deasia, Mocha and Leana. The bartenders were awesome and were extremely fun to interact with throughout the week, can’t remember all the names but we enjoyed Lucie, Novon, and Randy. We went for massages and had a great experience doing it on the beach, definitely recommend Camisha and Janelle as they were also awesome. Definitely check out Bombay, best restaurant we went to, had to go a second time. We made such great friends on the trip, recommend the sunset party cruise if you can since that’s where we met most of our group. Can’t wait to go back!

Our honeymoon at Sandals Grande St. Lucian was, without question, the most exceptional vacation experience we’ve ever had. We’ve stayed at multiple Beaches and Sandals properties over the years—always with butler service—but this trip set an entirely new standard. From the moment we arrived, everything felt elevated, thoughtful, and deeply personal. The daily touches, honeymoon surprises, and care put into every detail made the entire stay feel incredibly special. It never once felt routine—every moment felt intentional. What truly made this experience unforgettable was the butler team. Kyle, Karen, and Glenda were absolutely phenomenal. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care went far beyond anything we’ve experienced before. They took the time to learn our preferences and tailored each day around what we enjoyed, making everything feel seamless and personalized. Their kindness meant even more when my wife became sick shortly after our wedding. They went completely above and beyond—bringing her soup, checking in regularly, and making sure she was comfortable and taken care of. In what could have been a stressful situation, they made us feel completely supported. That level of care is something we will never forget. The dining experience across the resort was also exceptional. Every restaurant offered something unique while maintaining a consistently high standard. Meals were perfectly timed—never rushed, never delayed—and the service was attentive and polished throughout. Whether it was a relaxed lunch or a more refined dinner, every experience felt seamless and elevated. What stood out most about this resort is how personal everything feels. The service isn’t just high-end—it’s genuine, thoughtful, and rooted in making your stay truly unforgettable. We would recommend Sandals Grande St. Lucian to anyone, especially for a honeymoon or special occasion. And if you have the opportunity, we cannot recommend the butler team—Kyle, Karen, and Glenda—enough. We will absolutely be back.

We stayed at the Grande for two weeks in March this year - we had a wonderful time - felt very welcome and looked after so well. Will be going back next year - fingers crossed.

We had a fantastic stay at Sandals Grande St. Lucian! What truly made it special was the people. I'll start with the fabulous staff: DEASIA led the entertainment and brought incredible energy every day and night. There was always something fun happening at the pool or in the evenings because of her. NOVON, one of the bartenders, was so warm and kind and made every interaction feel personal. And Gemma, the piano man, created one of our favorite moments of the trip by playing our wedding song, along with so many other great songs. We also found ourselves making new friends every day; our group grew and grew. With a nice personal touch, Deasia named a drink after us and Novon served it throughout the beach party! The staff knows how to make you feel special and welcomed. It felt like each day pulled us deeper into this vortex of fun that you never want to escape. Every night turned into something memorable, and every day somehow topped the last. The resort itself is beautiful, and we loved how easy it was to go between the beach and pool. The trip from the airport to the resort (and back) was the biggest complaint we had. I recommend booking the ferry both ways to and from the airport. Definitely recommend the sunset cruise and the couples massage as well!

Our experience at the Grande St. Lucian was beyond excellent! We stayed in an over the water bungalow with butler service. Wendy, Messyah, and Madonna made every day top notch to perfection. The service was impeccable - from the early morning food and late night champagne service, to the flower petal walkway to the outdoor tub, to the beach/pool set ups, and to the VIP walks to dinner and our excursions. They made it hard to leave because they made us feel like family.

Our Stay at Sandals Grande St. Lucian was an awesome experience. The service level was second to none and reflects the friendliness and work ethic of the people of St. Lucia. One experience that stands out was my first scuba dive. Kermit was my PADI scuba dive instructor and I want to thank him and give my highest recommendation. Kermit is very knowledgeable not only scuba but in how to teach scuba as well. Kermit was very kind, patient, yet persistent in getting me ready for my first dive. During the dive, he was my guardian angel and made the effort to ensure I saw the best of the marine life off the coral reef while further fine tuning my techniques. I can see why Kermit is rated #1 in the entire Caribbean and is highly regarded and liked by the other dive instructors (many who he taught).
