Bournemouth Carlton Hotel, BW Signature Collection

We had a beautiful time at the hotel! The pool area was stunning and made for a perfect place to relax. A special shout-out to Gareth and Raven at the bar—they took excellent care of us and really made our stay extra enjoyable. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Since we were tired we liked to order from room service but there was no phone in our room. I needed to walk down to reception to order, but since the restaurant is too busy they could not take our order. I find it very disappointing in a 4 star hotel. I've asked an extra blanket and they could not provide that either.

This was a special occasion for us . Our 38th wedding anniversary. Hotel is lovely, clean and well maintained. The staff are very helpful and well knowledgeable about places to visit . Throughly enjoyed our visit to this hotel . Will recommend to friends .

The Bournemouth Carlton Hotel is a great place to stay. the staff are amazing they really look after you. The hotel is traditional with a great swimming pool , rooms have fantastic views over the coast to the Isle of Wight and Isle of Purbeck Food is first class 10/10 every time

Swimming pools

We were lucky to have a see view, the room itself was very large and clean and a little dated which didn't detract from our 2 day stay. The communal areas were in better condition and the two pools were lovely, we ate once at the hotel and the breakfast was excellent. All staff were very good and Neolia on reception was particularly pleasant, with nothing to much trouble. Would definately stay again.

The room was very spacious, but the furniture was old full of scratches water stains , the shower had no pressure.

Excellent Large Room and I mean Large. Air con good. Comfy LARGE Bed Plenty of electric sockets. Wifi good 👍 Lovely big old Hotel well maintained and well managed. Staff, all of them very attentive. They came up with a very ingenious idea, never seen before. If you don't mind not having your room serviced. Drinks token given to use at the BAR. Well impressed. Thank you B/W. We had a very good overnight stay including a meal in the restaurant and breakfast. Room was clean. The staff were all very helpful, especially reception. Would visit again.

overall very good stay,room 214 the best one,great view ,we will definitely return.Breakfast good ,swimming pool outside nice and clean.
