Booked a budget room for a little break away for my birthday. The room was a decent size and in ok order. The two things that were missing

So happy. Was given a tiny roomwith a wall for a view. I requested a bit more space for my grandaughter amd was moved to a different room. Great view and more space to spread out toys. The bathroom was a bit tired, toilet roll holder broken and stains to ceili gs, bit overall good. I would like to add I expected to be right neat thr beach by the advertising. We were not expcting a windy cliff walk down. But maybe I should have doen some research. Loved thr use of the indoor pool next door.

The shower holder was broken

No issues, happy and welcoming staff . Recommend

Fantastic weather really did make this trip! Felt like we were abroad! Hotel really good location with a short walk you get to the pier and town. Hotel rooms get quite warm at night but fans are provided.

The facilities throughout the entire hotel are extremely run-down. We paid over £300 for a 3-night stay, and both the bedroom and bathroom looked like they hadn’t been updated -or properly cleaned- since the 1950s. It honestly felt like staying at your nan’s house, and not in a charming way. There was also a strong, musty smell that lingered throughout the room, which made the stay even more unpleasant. Room looked nothing like the photos/room we booked.

Needs some improvements but overall was alright. Great location.
