Great weekend at a excellent hotel the view was amazing and the area really nice will be coming back

Very dissapointed to have to leave the car down the rd in a pubkic carpark and pay £9 when part of reason for choosing this hotel was free onsite parking advertised

Very friendly and welcoming receptionists. Spacious bedroom with sea view , as requested. Clean bathroom. Comfortable beds. Dining room waiters were very efficient. Good service both at dinner and breakfast.

Good location right on the sea front. Just across the road was a pier with food drinks and attractions for all ages.

Staff were friendly albeit niave to the comment... Is it a standard best western breakfast... Those who know will understand... The bar area was crammed so left well alone. Little coop next door so bought our own drinks for our room. On the bonus side you are right on the pier. Parking... Get there early or risk parking on the road. The room Now as you can guess. Typical outdated but at least you can get out bothsides of the bed. Downside Walls and doors are not sound proofed. Got woken up at 3 am during a fight between residents put a spoiler on what was an otherwise not overly terrible best western stay...

Rooms were spacious and clean, however very dated and extremely hot to the point it was hard to sleep. Luckily I called reception for an iron and although I didn’t receive one, I did end up with a fan sent to the room. There was then a fire alarm at about 2am in the morning. Didn’t even realise it was a fire alarm as it was fairly quiet and sounded from corridors not the room so thought initially it was another building. Followed the signs to the exit and waited outside the back of the building, where there were no staff and everyone was confused surrounded by fire engines. Seems most had exited from the front of the building but no staff came to the back, revision of fire safety procedures is definitely needed. Overall, okay for a cheap nights stay for one night in very good location but cannot understand why this hotel does not invest in refurbishing the rooms (decor from before I was born). Poor fire safety, lucky it was only a minor fire.

Excellent location, early good price. friendly staff. parking facilities really poor. No parking nearby, ended up parking some ways away and getting a taxi to the hotel. One of the hottest days of the year- no fan in the room.

The room was tired and need of some work. Could only open one window. No air conditioning which meant it was like an oven. Parking was silly!

A wonderful 3* hotel right on the beachfront. We had a pleasant surprise as our standard room was huge and super clean. We had dinner at the bar, the burger was excellent. At breakfast the service was brilliant, professional, unexpectedly fast. We would recommend it to anyone to stay here😊👌.

Hotel is in an excellent position opposite South Parade pier. However, it was difficult to find the entrance to the car park behind the hotel. Also, parking very limited so get there early!
